  Ryan joined the Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster team back in 2003 as a Sales Professional before eventually moving into his current position as Business Development Manager. Ryan got his start in the car business in 1999. As a 2010 "Master Guild Award" Recipient (Mercedes-Benz's highest recognition for maintaining the highest level of certification in training and excellence in job performance), Ryan was awarded a week long trip to Germany to tour Mercedes-Benz Headquarters and sightsee various locations thruout Europe. Most recently, Ryan was selected as 1 of 44 Dealership Employess (out of over 23,000 Candidates nationwide) to be nominated to attend the Mercedes-Benz Way "Co-Creation Event" in Las Vegas, NV.
  
  Ryan is married and resides in York, PA. with his wife Jodi, and their 3 daughters. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing, and playing sports.
